Negatives:
I was really disappointed with this hotel, especially since it’s supposed to be a good and reliable place. On the day of check-out, my credit card was charged $90 without any explanation, and I never received the refund for one night that was promised.
I sent several emails to both the general manager and guest support, but no one ever replied. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
Overall, I expected much better service. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

Positives:
The room was well laid out and suitable for remote working, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. While the staff was very they failed to report the issue to senior management regarding the incorrect charges made when I checked in.
Negatives:
The extremely high daily rate for accidental is ridiculous as is the total unnecessary need for daily parking costs.
The accidental advertised rate on Booking.com is NOT the rate you pay, which the hotel will rip you off by charging a much higher amount 2hen you arrive, making your stay much more costly especially if staying for a long period.
If you were to stay here for a week or more you'll be out hundreds of dollars, then have to wait a period of time for a refund.
Furthermore, if you are visiting from another country it means you will end up with a refund of dollars after you return home, which is of little value.
As a result of these excessive charges, I would not recommend the stay if you don't want to be hit with excessive charges just for the pleasure of staying here.

Our suite was a nice and spacious. We especially liked the large refrigerator.

There were some smooodge on the doors and on the sofa. It didn’t feel very clean.
