The couch was extremely dirty and I had to call for sheets to be able to cover it and sit on it. We checked it the key did not work for the room and up until our last moment of occupation the keys did not open our room and we had to go back and forth to call for help to get into our room

The hotel was beautiful and in a wonderful location inside of the Cross County Mall complex. Staff were super friendly. Convenient to metronorth also.
Negatives:
The door to our room was very difficult to open and close. Ice machines was only on every other floor. Breakfast was just OK. Your basic continental breakfast. Would have preferred a shower stall to a bathtub with shower.
