Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied. The support staff in the dining room were very helpful and congenial without being intrusive. Great way to start the day.
Our room was very comfortable. It was designed well so that sleepers could be separated from someone working in the living area. Great kitchen for a small apartment. Bed comfortable.
The facility looked brand new even though the renovation took place several years ago.
EVERYONE on the staff was wonderfully helpful and kind and cheerful. The diverse staff and residents was most welcome.

The hotel is very dated and could use some repairs and remodeling. The breakfast was not edible. The room was dark, and there was no natural light. In the rear of the hotel, there appeared to be abandoned broken-down cars. That gave off a weird back alley vibe. A house-cleaning cart stayed in the hallway for my entire stay. I passed it several times, wondering what sanitation violations were being infringed upon with the cart being accessible and not secured. It was fine for solo business travel, but I would not recommend it for families or couples.
