Negatives: Furniture was dated & worn, the toilet made a weird "blub" sound when you flushed that caused water to pop up, room was small, could hear the people's bathroom and walking above us

Negatives: Problem with entrance door, toilet is way too low for many to use, shower floor slippery, had not more than 1ft clearance to get out of one side of bed. Bathroom door looked in terrible condition.Price of $249 +, was way out of line with equivalent places.

Negatives: There was a strange smell in our room I'm sure because it is a pretty friendly room maybe previous stays have been messy(I suggest an enzyme cleaner my help). Also I wish there was laundry service on site for wet pool clothes.

Negatives: N/a

Negatives: The bed was very hard uncomfortable, had issues with the air conditioner.

Negatives: Unattended teenage children in the pool throwing balls at adults and young children. Front desk unwilling to take action. Left with large bruise from being hit.

Negatives: My spouse and I arrived on a Friday before 5pm. We left on a Monday at 10:30am. We did not utilize the "do not disturb" sign. We presumed our room would be refreshed on Sunday, during our outing. The in-room sign indicates cleaning us done every other day. Our room was not touched. The hotel staff was friendly enough to provide toilet paper upon request. Regarding the room, an extension on the bed's frame snagged my leg. The toilet was a bit low. The sink a bit too high. Our room door shook whenever nearby doors were allowed to slam. There seem to be a lot of that one evening.

Negatives: All was good until...In the middle of the night, bleary eyed, I (a man in the dark) sat on the toilet seat, as one does to relieve one's self. This was my first seated use of this particular commode. I don't startle easily. Now, there is the "refreshingly cool" dip in the pool that is the often cliche' call-back to, "How's the water?" And there is the bone numbing cold of the Polar Bear Plunge into an icy northern lake on New Year's Day. But eye opening above all was the cold chill of my genitalia dipping into the toilet water in my hotel bathroom. Unexpected. Unforgiving. And unforgivable. Seat too low-water too high. From that point on it was a trip downstairs to the lobby bathroom, which to my good fortune was engineered properly. Nonetheless, Sleepus Interruptus. Upon checkout in the morning, the desk clerk asked, as you do now, "How was your stay?". I told her. Upon discussion, she revealed that I was not the first male customer to have sustained such an unexpected wake-up dip in the pool. And she hoped that the hotel would, sometime soon, undergo a renovation. It's now time for the Asheboro Hampton Inn or Booking.com to refund my money. And, in case anyone wants to know, I DO NOT want reimbursement in the form of a courtesy stay.

Negatives: I had there was 4 people staying but they only gave us 4 towels but we made it work. It looked like there was mold in the corner of the shower. Just minor things that didn’t affect our stay.

Negatives: It was located 15 mins from the zoo where we were going to for the day.

Negatives: Dirty poolside restroom, slamming doors at night. The AC thermostat can’t be correct. The room was warm as I keep my AC at home set to 71 and I need a blanket, the room was too hot. Couldn’t sleep due to sweating all night. And the fan on the unit will not stay on.
