Negatives: While I found the beds to be fairly comfortable. My spouse found the beds to be in her words a boulder. She definitely is not a firm mattress sleeper. But all in all it was okay.

Negatives: Didn’t like booking.com

Negatives: The back exterior door was unlocked after dark.

Negatives: There was a huge spider in my room!!! And the front desk switched us to another room and then at check out was so rude asked us well if you felt the room was unclean why did you stay with us again? The keycard on the door don’t work so any Joe blow off the street can walk up in the hotel literally only feet from the interstate all around not a good place to stay!

Negatives: Need more seating outside.

Negatives: The employees were not rude but they also weren't friendly. Customer service didn't seem to be a priority. The employee when I checked out would not give me an invoice, saying booking would provide it. Booking doesn't provide it; it comes from the hotel. I have now had to message the hotel for my invoice.

Negatives: The First room was nice, but there was an issue with the lights flickering, so the room was switched. This room was nice, but it had a peculiar smell. I brought in air freshener and sprayed the room. The smell was gone by the next day. The television, compared to other places I have stayed at, was small. If you are tall, the bathroom ceilings are very low. I am 5'10", and I could not extend my arm fully in the bathroom. The hot water was lukewarm over the weekend, but on the last day of my stay, I miraculously had hot water. I always bring my own K-Cups, but they don't have a coffee pot that uses these, just some circular pods. I couldn't use the coffee pot because of this. But after finding the coffee pot in the bathroom, I wouldn't use it anyway (YUCK). You could hear everything people in the hallway, people going to the cars, really noisy. The breakfast menu was ok, but they do not serve eggs on the weekend, so who doesn't eat eggs on the weekend? The breakfast time changes on weekdays; instead of breakfast till 10, it ends at 9 am. Why not keep the same schedule(but my fault for not seeing this )? They do not have an elevator, so if you have lots of stuff, you have to carry it up the steps.

Negatives: Bed was hard

Negatives: Location is odd, we were able to arrive just coming off of the highway, however, we went to dinner down the same street just a little ways up and coming back we had to loop around two exits just to get back to the hotel, even though the hotel was right there! Not really a big deal, it was just odd.

Negatives: The layout. I was sleeping in a basement essentially.

Negatives: Counter person was helpful but room almost did not happen, someone else was checked in under my name and she couldn't my reservation. got fixed after about 15 minutes but my fear is the other person could have charged a bunch of stuff under my name.. scary stuff here. I will be monitoring.
