Most of the staff, Was considerate and kind. Enjoyable to be around and they were very helpful Food was very good. Except for the manager.
Negatives:
Management said they'd call 911 when there was a threat. To my family. She failed on handling the s situation. could have been handled better. being verabaling threatened By another quests saying that they are going to their room to get a gun. Was not taken seriously. And it was downplayed as I had seen. The manager laughed and then downplayed and would not call 911 after she said she would!!!

Staf wasn’t friendly. Didn’t talk to you unless she had to. Metal around box spring was very noisy. Faucet to small for the sink you couldn’t get your hands under it. Could hear everything the neighbor did through the adjoining door. Didn’t eat the free breakfast so we didn’t have to see the girl at the front desk.

The lady at check in (evening time) was absolutely wonderful! Friendly and sweet. She immediately made me feel welcomed. Gave me much information that helped our stay. She’s a keeper and a huge reason we will stay there again.
Negatives:
The metal beds were loud, annoying, and very uncomfortable.
I could basically hear my neighbors breathing due to the lack of sound proof walls. However they weren’t loud neighbors (with thee exception of their tv) so it wasn’t enough to complain about. Had it been louder neighbors I would not have been able to stay.
We had very tiny garbages so I’m sure the cleaning lady had a ball taking care of the garbage we had being we had no where to put it all. Definitely could use 1 big garbage in a room, especially if they’re traveling with kids.

Negatives:
Promised a hot breakfast but there was none left when we got there. The card in the room said breakfast until 9:30 but apparently they were only doing it until 9:00 and obviously no one restocked anything. We got there at about 8:40 thinking we had until 9:30 and there was no hot food or coffee left and I had to go to the front desk just to get coffee.

The room is very outdated. From the loud air conditioning to metal bed frame that squeaks all the time, to hard non fluffy old towels, not working usb charging stations, hardly can be close bathroom door and not responsive tv remote. Oh and breakfast is a lil not appealing.

It was a good location for every thing I waned to do. It was very clean. Bed seem to cuddle me to sleep. Breakfast was great! Loved the waffles.

The walls (or the adjoining door) don’t keep out the sound from the room next door.

I thought it was a high for the rooms I paid --- for a room theat I couldn't use the tub only the shower and the chair and stool in the room the corners looked like a dog chewed them up and then there was a dog chained to the pool fence barked all night
