Rooms are nice, great sheets.
Rain shower directions are bass backward, but simple enough to sort out.
Breakfast is worth it, but the espresso machine was out.
Negatives:
The garage is not truck-friendly. Short roofs and tight corners. Long beds beware.
Also, if you take your key to get your vehicle, you MUST open the gate with your key and drive out without dropping the key in the drop box! There is no pressure pad.

When we walked into the hotel to find out some information, we were greeted with such a wonderful welcome! We were able to check-in earlier than expected and were given an upgraded balcony room. We came to Asheville for a concert. This was our first visit. Your hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was extremely nice and comfortable! All staff were friendly and kind! We will highly recommend your hotel and if ever in Asheville again we will absolutely stay here! Thank you!

Positives:
This facility is in the heart of Asheville, and you can walk to many restaurants and shops. The room has a modern design style. It was exceptionally clean, tv included channels that were offered, hallways were very quiet, and there is a hydration station to fill water bottles or cups.
Negatives:
The parking fee is a bit expensive. There isn't a complimentary breakfast, but rather a breakfast offered at the restaurant at the top floor of the building.
