The bottled waters and sweets welcoming us where a nice touch and treat. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast area seemed updated and modern. Breakfast was great. Good variety.
Negatives:
Bed was really high for my mom to get in to. Had to use the big foot stool that was in the room. I held it in place for safety. A nightlight in the bathroom would be nice. Can't leave the light on and door ajar because fan is on when the switch is on.

Clean Room, Nice staff, easy parking, clean swimming pool. Everything was really great. I have stayed at quiet a few motels and I must say the Best western in Asheville was the cleanest. I was very happy.

The mattress was clearly old, the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all, we had to put it in the floor for our daughter and there seemed yo have so leaves in there like it hadn’t been changed in a while

Location was great. Quiet stay and good value.
Negatives:
As with mose US hotels, breakfast absolutely AWFUL. Powdered eggs and junk food. No yogurt, no bananas. Really bad.
Also, it appears they had recently claeaned the carpeting in the room but unfortunately, did not allow it to fully dry. Therefore, rug felt damp and the room reeked of carpet cleaner.

Clean. Good breakfast. This was a convenient stay on our way to the beach.
Negatives:
There was no elevator, which was incredibly inconvenient for a single parent and two kids hauling our stuff up and down stairs. Parking was extremely limited.
