Lighting was a little bright outside of bathroom. Very minor in scheme of things.
Great Hotel! Very clean! Pet friendly with a dedicated large dog area for your pups to run around. Amazing!
The room was beautiful. Clean is what everyone is looking for and this hotel filled the bill.

Beautiful, well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds exceeding what I expected of a motel.
Juice, coffee and jam packets are not a breakfast. I understand that we all have to panic right now and they can set out what they like, but employees should be trained to say "coffee and juice are available" rather than "breakfast is available."
When we arrived the room overwhelmingly smelled like bleach. Our room was extremely damp. The bedding & carpet felt wet and the humidity was so high running the air conditioning on 67 didn't help. Black mold in the bathroom was the last straw. We left.

Perfect. Even down to two water bottles bottles and chocolate mint candies along with the papers and pointers even had a notepad w pen. The lil things.
Having to check out. My dog and I have lived in our van since a job rescinded due to the outbreak in 2020. Went from cloud nine and within a week turned life for us upside down. Sad to leave the luxury we miss so much.
Super clean and friendly staff. I really liked that the Floors were not carpet. Everything was updated very nicely! Clean white bedding.
Just dirty room
Keep an eye open for bears!! We saw one in the parking area. Room was clean and only a 5 min drive to downtown.
We went straight to the hotel when we got into town. I asked the lady at the front desk if our room was ready for a possible early check in. She said no and never bothered to check. She obviously didnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t care about customer service.
The staff was very responsive to requests.
There were minor repairs that could have been made (paint chipping, spots on walls) that were left unrepaired and made the room look cheap.
Good location. Staff is always friendly.
The only thing was that I wanted to take a bath and the tub stopper wouldn't work.
The location was very convientent to get back and forth to Asheville - 5 minutes travel time. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the a/c worked very well. Breakfast had a nice selection and it was replenished up until it closed down for the late risers. Staff was friendly. We would definately stay here again when we come back.

The hotel may look a bit older in style from the outside but it is up to date on the inside. The property was very clean and inviting.
I gave this hotel all 10 not because it was a luxurious upscale experience but because it was more of a pleasant surprise. The rooms were much nicer than I anticipated. The hotel lobby and staff all very professional and breakfast buffet was really great! !i was not expecting anything nearly as nice for a Best Western so again, all 10s for exceeding my expectations
