The agent we met at the counter was able to make adjustments to our booking to correct an error made by another agent, who removed the accessible room request from our booking. Why would your hotel treat us so rudely?
Negatives:
I booked an accessible room to accommodate my wife, who is mobility impaired. She needs grab bars to keep her from falling in the shower. I am not pleased that my confirmation was so easily dismissed.

Both my stays the evening clerks couldn’t care less about my business. The first night he was belligerent and rude, then confrontational when I refused to accept his treatment. The second night on my return trip a week later the clearly bored and irritated treated me like I just sent back the entree instead of someone just checking in.
