“breakfast included” only means you get a credit to use at the restaurant or room service. but then you are paying tax and service fees out of your credit. then the hotel forgot to put the credit on our exit bill so we had to call to have it adjusted.

The staff provided stellar friendly service, the meals were great with attentiveness to food allergies and the room had excellent amenities. Our stay for Christmas Eve was outstanding.
Negatives:
Did not like an open menu for Christmas Eve dinner was not offered at the Red Stag Grill. The four course meal was too much food and expensive. Compared to Christmas morning brunch with open menu and the meal was excellent.
