"The location was great, with everything being close by, including where our friends lived, which was a five-minute walk."

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We rang the phone several times before anyone came to assist us. We were on the first floor and could hear the unanswered phone ringing at 3 a.m. each morning, with no one answering it. It woke us up each morning.

Staff was horrible. No house keeping until my daughter had been there for 12 nights. Outside doors do not latch. No need for card reader of doers do not shut all the way. Looks like druggies hand out in back parking lot and live there. Requested to speak to manager on two different days and he was never available.

When we took a shower the bathroom floor flooded.one if the shower doors did not move so it was coming through either from walls or around the fixed door. We were told that some of the the showers were put in wrong and they do that and apologized. The heater ac unit was very loud. We stayed close to the front desk. It sounded like a party was going on till 2-3am in the morning. Carpet was stained along with the bed linens and towels. They wre clean but stained...
