Positives:
The hotel was clean and the bed was decent. Though we paid for a room with Queen beds and given a room with Full size beds.
Negatives:
We were given a hearing impaired room on the lobby level. The room was so noisy because we were located in the middle of the fitness room, swimming pool, and guests laughing and playing billiards in the lobby. In addition and the most bothersome was the guest in the adjoining room who sang so loud that we could not sleep. The manager asked him to be quiet but he continued to sing till 1:30 AM! Then we were startled awake when he began banging on the adjoining door at 2:30 AM.
In the morning, I told the management about the happenings and that it was the worst sleep that we’ve had staying at a hotel. She said that she’d see what they could do to refund the money and that she would call but has not.

I was very disappointed to book through Booking.com only to find out on site that there was a $75 pet fee. Had I known this when booking I would have chosen The Monte Vista Hotel, where there isn’t a pet fee. I have never had issues with this site before, but this gave me pause and the front desk wasn’t very understanding upon check in

Positives:
I actively seek any Tru by Hilton when affordable. I’ve stayed in 2-3 in different cities each time, and each time it’s been spectacular. Staff were so friendly and helpful. This one actually handed us complimentary water and snack while we waited for check in. The atmosphere is fun, vibrant and comfortable. Pool table is nice, artwork great on the wall. Rooms very clean. Everything works, new condition feeling. Soaps and everything feel good quality. View was nice here.

No complaints. Maybe better vegetables or less sugar based items
