Positives: This is still a newer hotel, so it was in great condition. Very clean and modern in decor. The front desk staff were gracious and easy going, and the cleaning staff were very attentive to what they doing every time I saw them.
Negatives: There were no microwaves in the rooms so the only option was to leave your room and use the one in the lobby area. That was surprising and somewhat inconvenient. Fortunately, it wasn't too busy or crowded with guests and I was able to use it when I needed

Positives: Our son is in a wheelchair and this is the first time we've ever stayed at a hotel with a "tru"ly adaptive room. And not just adaptive, a room with ROOM! It means even more than you may be able to imagine. Beyond that too, just a wonderful experience.

Positives: The hotel overall was great! Friendly staff and great location 12 minutes from downtown.
Negatives: We had to change rooms once due to a faulty toilet and the second room was nice until we played down in bed and there was lots of hair in the sheets of the bed and both my partner and I have shaved heads. This was disgusting!

Positives: Bryan from the Front Desk was great ,the employees that serve breakfast and the housekeeping staff were attentive also. The hotel is very clean and the bedroom and bathroom were clean ..clean. The location is far from Downtown and the Biltmore Estates ...the person staying there must have a car. Not many restaurants around it, Waffle House was right next to it. Thank you
Negatives: There was no water running through the hotel my last day ..that was terrible. Also maybe to include some kind of entertainment ..I will like breakfast to be extended to 10 am. Thank you
