Filthy bathtub, dirt, hairs one filthy washcloth breakfast apples had wormholes and bruises. Had trouble with the key. one didn’t work at all. NO elevator.

This place was horrible. We didn't stay there because of the smell of pot was so strong. The reservation I had the staff told me to come back a hour later. When I came back they didn't have a room they said one was ready so we climbed the stairs that room was not ready and smelled like pot. The second room the key didn't work so we left. We checked our bank record after we had to argue to get our money back on the card and they ended up charging us almost $300.00 after being quoted less than $150.00. This was a absolute horrible experience they also had a issue with my 5lb dog I had with me. I will never go back to that place again.

I asked for a rollup bed but it was so bad. The room was nonsmoking but the pillow and comforter that came with the bed smelled disgusting. I asked for a replacement, but they said there was nothing available to replace it. I believe sleeping stuff for a smoke-free room should be smoke-free. I had to wrap the pillow and the comforter into a plastic sheet and put it in a chest drawer to keep the odor at a minimum. Besides this, everything was good for the price we paid.

Very dirty old hotel. We did not feel welcome at all when we arrived. The room had an old and dirty carpet on the floor and it smells very bad eventhough we reserved a non smoking room... it was for sure a smoking room. Very bad experience..
