Some of my family's rooms were not ready on time. Housekeepers didn't give enough washcloths or towels. They told me they would bring more and never did. Also, the bathroom smelled like urine.

It's clear the hotel went through renovations and the work site showed it. Ceiling fans were still masked off from the paint job, some doors were still painted dirty, some things look old while somethings look brand new, clearly in transition.

Room was ok but insulation was terrible.-People walking on floor above, man gagging, coughing and spitting next door most of the night, Dog barking. Children yelling down the hall. There was a moldy ice machine n pieces in front of a newer working machine. The hotel is being renovated but long over due. Won’t ever stay here again.
