Positives:
Amazing shower, comfortable bed and decent breakfast. Gym was well maintained and had basic equipments. Did not try pool or shared hot tube, but they seemed well maintained too.
Negatives:
Our bedroom had a hot tube, which was nice, but a very noisy fan which was not really comfortable. We stayed at the top floor and by the end of the corridor, so it was quiet, but when we were walking we could hear other people talking or tvs. Not super loud, but if you are easily annoyed by it, have it in mind.

Comfortable night, would go back
Positives:
Air unit was completely shot in our room. They did everything they could to accommodate us and gave us a voucher for a free night later on. Allen was very helpful and friendly.

Positives:
Location, breakfast, friendly staff, easy check in/out, pet friendly, view, easy parking lot
Negatives:
Arriving into our room at 6pm (311) the AC was set to 45, so it was 60 degrees in there not a huge deal bc we were warm from bringing all our luggage up. Inspecting further, there was hair around the back of the toilet as if it hadnt been cleaned, goldfish snacks on the mattress under the headboard, and carpet didnt seem to have been vacuumed well && the smell this room smelled really badly. Didnt ask for a new room because we dont like to complain and with two kids and a small dog, we had wayyy too much luggage to want to move it all. The next day, after putting groceries into the fridge evening before, grabbed my toddlers ice cream to realize it was completely melted & other items werent cold as they shouldve been. This really upset me.. groceries arent cheap!... I went down to speak with the front desk, a younger gentleman and an older gentlemen greeted me. Younger guy was shocked and apologetic and older gentlemen stated he had one new one he would replace it with whenever we left to go out. The fridge was replaced. We have stayed here multiple times and never had issues like this. We love the La Quinta but hope that corporate will see to having the cleaning people retrained and the appliances inspected properly daily. I did go over all of the issues we had with the same younger gentleman at check out. We were never offered a discount or credit for any of the issues.
