Great facility with full breakfast...
Positives:
EVERYTHING!! I just needed a little break and decided to take my two special needs grandchildren on a short trip. The main reason we chose this hotel was the reviews and the pool! The pool was closed on day 1. I called the property and told them about my kids (I am raising them, both have sensory processing disorders and development delays, among other issues) The hotel agreed to upgrade us to a room with jacuzzi! Day 2 we meet the general mgr! (WENDY) I CANNOT TELL YOU ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS WOMAN! I have been in retail mgmt for 30 years and she went above and beyond to make sure these two kids were happy. Noah is high functioning autistic and he just kept clapping saying it was the "best day ever" I hope I can attach some pics somewhere!
