A check in the staff was a Little snappy/edgy, almost bothered that I was checking in. the cards for the doors had to be changed out three or four times and even after I had to slide the card in the door numerous times to get in.

The room smelled like rat urine, the heater had a bad strong smell coming from it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work, the bath tub didn’t drain right I had to stand in water while taking a shower. The front desk person said she couldn’t find my reservation even after I showed her my confirmation number, spelled and told her my name several time. She told me I needed to call “them” and see where my reservation was, I gave her the address on the confirmation sheet and ask her is this the right address, she said yes. Then we got a call later on wanting to know if we were still coming, we told the caller we were already checked in that the front desks lady said she couldn’t find the reservation. In my opinion she didn’t want to try to help us! It was over priced I think almost 200.00 for one night is crazy and to charge 25.00 to check in early was a bit much. The breakfast was the worst I ever seen for a continental breakfast.
