Positives:
The room was very clean, and the staff was excellent. Location is great, not far from anything we wanted to do.
If having a clean room is top priority, this one was great.
I would stay again, but I'd look around before booking again. This was a last minute stay, and we didn't have many options. Cleanliness outweighs a lot of little problems for me. Biggest issue keeping me away was 3 nights of 4-5 hours of sleep. That road noise and weak AC really was a downer.
Negatives:
Road noise is a problem if you're on the side near the street. The hotel is in a nook on a difficult intersection (hard to see) there were several accidents during our 3 night stay...besides the onslaught of loud trucks.
Breakfast was actually kind of bad, the eggs and sausage were always wet. Pretty much kept to the muffins and bagels.
Temperature control was hard in this room. The ac worked, but the thermostat would cut the unit off for a very long time after cooling down. Warming up the room, and not controlling humidity very well. It felt very hot at night.
They have firm matresses, if you like that, great. I didn't sleep well.
Dog fee is "$100/week" , pretty high. Normally a 3 night stay is $50-$75. 1 night-$100. 6 nights-$100....8 nights-$200. They don't make this public until you check in of course.

Location is great but sometimes difficult to pull out into the highway because of traffic. Amenities are excellent.
Negatives:
This time and not normal but my room has a dirty kitchen when I checked in. Everything okay and since I wasn't going to do anything in the kitchen I just slide. There was leftover food debris in the sink and the drain. Also on the door going into the room I'm not sure if it was makeup or something else but there was a red trace of handprints all over the edge of the door right above the lock, I'm hoping it was makeup anyway. Also it was odd that there were picture mounts on the wall but no pictures. But as I stated this is not normal for this hotel chain as I stay very often with them in different cities.

Positives:
The breakfast was amazing. Alot to choose from and the attendant was there the whole time cleaning up and refilling. The view from the hotel room faced the mountains and was breathe taking. The desk staff was very prompt at helping when needed. The beds and pillows were very comfy too!!
Negatives:
The aromas coming from the hallway was very strong. Could not pinpoint what the scent was. And also, there was someone smoking in a nearby hotel room which was coming through our vents. The pool stated heated but it must mean the room itself because the water was definitely chiller than what I expected to be "heated pool"

Facility clean and well maintained. Rooms are nicely furnished, functional, and well equipped. Everything worked as it should. No noticeable noise from outdoors, hallways, or neighboring guests. Entire staff is friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns. Breakfast plentiful, good assortment, and items replenished as needed. Breakfast area very clean. Location is convenient to everything; shopping, dining, attractions, roads and highways. Parking lot well lighted. Would highly recommend & happily stay again.
