Location was decent. Room was clean. Great water pressure in the bathroom.

Insanely overpriced. "Pure Room" is a complete scam, as I've never been more congested in my life. Bathroom door didn't lock. Pool was cold. Hotel doors that were supposed to be locked "for our safety" did not lock. Breakfast was bland. Rust in the tub. Hair on the bathroom sink. Very dissappointed.

The buffet style menu and preparation of food. The room layout and configuration. The atmosphere and aesthetics of the lobby. The professionalism and courteousness of housekeeping and front desk staff.
Negatives:
The shower head, the tub and the bathroom floor. Their appearance was poor with several stains that were off putting. The room ventilation system was extremely loud especially at night while attempting to sleep.

The room 415 the heat was not working an hour later they put me in room 509 and I had to wash the tub out cause it was dirty I got the next morning to make a cup of coffee and there was a use coffee pod from the last person that had that room left in the coffee mechine so I couldn't make a cup of coffee as I was leaving to get on the elevator the lights went out and I was suck in the elevator for 20 mins I book online for one price to 3nd up paying 255 fo4 one night
