Positives: We like the size of the room and the capability to cook all our meals in a full kitchen. Also, I like the gated concrete pad with picnic tables/grill, etc.

Positives: The size of the room and the kitchen.
Negatives: Most of the staff was awful. They have bad attitudes, are never at the front desk, and the GM was the worst of them all... Flaunting her title but doing none of the work to back it up. The bathroom shower curtain was disgusting at the bottom, the tv never worked consistently, the stove knobs were backwards, and the hallways smelled like old, dank, mildewy cigarette smoke. They do absolutely no housekeeping. They only have housekeepers to clean rooms once people check out. The dryers don't dry well, and to top it all off, we were told we were getting a discount at check in just to find out later that the stay was broken up into payments because you could only book one week at the time. We found this out because our keys stopped working. When we went to the desk to find out why, we were condescended and looked down on because "we hadn't paid our bill, and needed to make a payment. " The woman told us that our keys stopped working as a "reminder." We were dumbfounded and confused because we were told we were paid in full at check in. When we explained what we were told, we were brushed off and it was not acknowledged. The older disabled gentleman that only works weekends was extremely rude and slapped a sign on the desk toward my face when I asked for toiletries after 6pm. The sign didn't even say anything about toiletries. It stated that linens would not be washed or exchanged after 6pm. The toiletries we're located beneath the counter that he was standing directly in front of. He literally would rather have an attitude than reach underneath a desk. Every worker has their own policies that they make up as they go along to make sure that they don't have to do more than the barest of minimums. There was also trash left from previous people under the beds, and one of the beds had a weird stain at the end. We couldn't get more sheets because "they didn't have any.." I cleaned the entire room myself and sanitized.

Positives: Not clean at all didn't offer much as far as utilities had to wait for dishes almost 2 hours no detergent ti wash dishes had to wait for coffee maker it just wasn't very organized.
Negatives: Listed above oops.but what I did like was the location that was it. The front desk clerk was nice.
