Negatives: Hot water ran out in shower sometimes

Negatives: Asked for a wheelchair accessible room. Got a room with a bathroom that had a bathtub with plenty of rails BUT family member doesn’t walk. A shower with a seat was what I expected.

Negatives: Kitchen table chairs were broken... Balcony was dirty cigarettes everywhere from previous stay

Negatives: Rooms need updating

Negatives: Dogs barking next door for hours

Negatives: My room smelled like a dog has lived there. Not please with the size of the room either. Maybe reserve few rooms for people that don’t have pet .

Negatives: I asked about the upgrade that was offered and the staff member looked at me like I was crazy then said, "Oh! They offer that to everybody." The hotel said no smoking but the aroma of smoke was all through the 4th floor hallway coming from a room used for staff. The next day the room was left open with a broom so I was positive that this room is where the smoke was coming from. The carpets in hallway were visibly faded or water damaged or just outdated. There were No USB ports anywhere. The free Wifi was useless. As a Hilton Honors member and card holder, I don't recall ever having to pay for wifi. Cookies sat in the hallway carpet outside the elevator from afternoon until I checkout the next morning. I later found that those cookies were complimentary cookies that were never offered to me. Getting into the restroom was a squeeze since the door hit the toilet. The sink is located outside of the restroom so you must be dress in the bathroom before you complete ADLs or wash hands after toileting and taking care of sanitary needs. Complimentary meal was hot dogs, pretzels and solid cold cheese concoction with cold french fries. The front desk staff seemed unenthusiastic about being there both days. The lady had on a head scarf when I checked out. It was not decorative. I wanted to check out early but just rode it out since it was prepaid at ALMOST $200 per night. I had stayed here previously and the meal was outstanding and the room looked decent enough for me to return. Never again.
