The old TVs don't have any new features. I recommend using smart TVs so that travelers have more options to watch TV. Also, check out through the TV didn't work.

Being treated differently because I went through booking. If you pre pay, it appears you weren't able to make any changes. As a Hilton honors member, I was not accommodated with requested changes. Though cordial management was not willing to change our room because we went through a 3rd party to book. Makes no sense. Need a handicapped shower walk-in without a tub for a 98 year old but they couldn't wouldn't honor our change request. I was assured that prior to arrival, I would have the needed setup, but when I entered the room, that was not the case. Also.needed a room with 2 queen beds, but that was not available?? . Slept in a pullout that was broken.
