Aloft Chapel Hill

Negatives: All the rest was horrible! The lady makes us wait two hours because I tell her our breakfast is included in my reservation and show her the full reservation. She persists and refuses then wants to charge us. She then tells us to call booking and solve ourselves, I told her we should not have to call them, they re your partners and you can use my email reservation as proof. She persists and didnt seem to care.. We talk to booking customer service, they call them, because of the bad network service the phone cuts and she cant hear anything. Now this makes it worse, because she tells the lady she cant hear anything and wont do anything until she calls her back. She was literally Making us feel like we should beg her for a freaking service we paid for and if there is an issue, that s just between Aloft and Booking. Why do we have to suffer the consequences? Next thing, we got to call back the lady from customer service and had them talk to the lady from our personal phone. And then she gave us this breakfast ticket. Wanna know the worst part? The breakfast was horrible ! They tell you get a voucher of $10 that you can use to buy anything in our kitchen. So for two people we got $20, the menu was small sandwiches like egg biscuit sandwich or two small waffles, price? $10 each lol so we a sandwich each for $10 with no drink or anything else (know that the same sandwich costs like $3 at McDonalds, same quality too lol). You can see it on the picture attaches to my comment and its really far from what Im used to see at any hotel around the whole World, shameful! And to end this in the best manner we sit down to eat, power goes out in the whole building, cant go anywhere some people tried to take emergency exit, it was locked. So I was wondering what if there was a fire. Were we just going to be stuck in ? Anyway Just a disappointing experience I dont recommend at all !
