cheap; but not value for money. I will never recommend this facility to anyone. I hope you will respond to the concerns i expressed here. This is a matter of public health. Maybe i will report this facility to the appropriate public health officials in North Carolina.
Negatives:
Often, the room key did not work. Sometimes, after two or three trips to the reception the door opened. The reception area has a feel of a prison, rather than a hotel. Staff was not accommodating, and often hostile; clearly not happy, staff do not value costumer service. The elevator is dirty and slow. The ice area is dirty and vending machine don't work.
Small and strategic investments could make a big difference, like fixing the vending machine. I gather that hotel guest tolerate it because it is cheap, definitely not value for money.
