We loved how it’s so POSH. The location was so convenient to walk over to a specialty shops, the mall and other local restaurants and convenience stores. We also loved the Roof top bar the Cordial.
Negatives:
The bar tender that served Saturday night downstairs due to a private wedding up at the top. She wasn’t engaging or even welcoming. And Sunday night-had the same bartender. There were 20 more Real Estate agents company wide attended this conference. I didn’t think she anticipated Sunday night being so busy. Drinks were wrong and at least a 10-15 min. I believe a bit more planning would have helped Sunday night for the amount of people attending. There were 300 agents that attended this event to give perspective.

It was clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The entire stay was very good!
Negatives:
I thought the room would be bigger. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay the entire amount of my stay plus an additional $256 deposit amounting to $1,200 being debited from my account at the time of check in (for 5 nights). Usually at hotels, I put down the deposit and then pay the remaining balance at the end of my stay. But with this hotel, it was different. I was caught unawares & I didn't like that at all.

The breakfast was just ok for the additional cost. Most of the main breakfast items like bacon, potatoes, charcuterie were out and had to be ordered which took time. Staff was friendly and helpful, just not impressed with the breakfast selection, standard.
