I would not be booking at this particular location ever again. On the day of check out someone tried entering my room about 830am after I had just showered. Thankfully I had the extra lock in place they were not able to fully enter into the room however the key they used did work and they pushed the door open to some degree. I immediately looked out the peep whole and saw a man walking down the hall. I then called the front desk to inform them on what had happened and all she said was sorry, that my room was checked out earlier that morning which was impossible because I had just woken up. To add, I had the do not disturb sign on the door. This mad me feel very uncomfortable and didn’t feel like a safe environment. The fact that someone could easily have access to my room. If it had been housekeeping I’m sure they have some type of protocol to knock and also make themselves known that they are about to enter.

My hall was dark in some places and the walls are thin. My tv was on 25 and I heard it down the hall too.super thin.
