Positives: The location, close to the airport

Negatives: The airport shuttle drove past us at least twice, and the front desk did not answer their phone on many attempts when we called to ask about the shuttle. We ended up having to wait on the curb for an hour at night with 2 small children.

Positives: The bed was great and check in was easy.

Negatives: The shower drain was completely backed up. Basically felt like showering in a pool. When I brought up the issue to the guy at check out he completely blew me off and turned the problem back on me and was not a bit courteous. Definitely wouldnt return.

Positives: Didn't have prepaid breakfast except for 2 days. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was large and the walkin shower was to die for. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was also close to the airport as well as my daughter's home. Perfect location. Very happy over-all.

Negatives: Breakfast to be included with room. I thought it was but I misread the details. Overall, not a game changer. Would easlily stay again.
