Great place for unexpected stay
Positives:
The staff at this location was exemplary in every respect: courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
The breakfast was very good. Our shuttle drivers were extremely helpful.
Negatives:
The facility was a bit rundown. It was not what I expected from a double tree. Also, the phone in our room didn't work and neither did the lock to let me back in when I went out to the fountain.

The building was nice, clean, no bugs during our stay. Not many incentives besides the cookies. I’ve been to nice hotels with free breakfast and wish this one had it too. I also don’t understand paying for parking in an open and uncovered setting but still nice!

The facility was nice and the staff were great!
Negatives:
Our shower was clogged and the toilet did not flush properly. You had to hold the handle down until the water disappeared. We were just there to sleep and shower so I didn't make a big deal out of it.

The room wasn't completely cleaned. Their was good on the floor. Their were dishes outside the room almost the whole time we were there.
The toilet broke, and maintenance was called.

Clean, east to locate. Staff was knowledgeable about the area.
Negatives:
No microwave, poor lighting, no phone to contact front desk. I had to use my cell phone and call the direct line to be patched to the front desk. Tvs were out dated with maybe 10-12 channels. Refrigerator was absolutely worthless. You have to turn it on after a few hours or it will turn off.

My recent experience at the DoubleTree Hilton did not align with my expectations of a premier establishment, and I was somewhat underwhelmed by the overall aesthetic.
Negatives:
Some of the floors looked old. When you looked at the walls, they looked old as well. My room had the fragrance of whoever stayed before; the cologne was strong, and it smelled like the cologne was on the duvet.
