The room was clean but very dated. The couch was worn and stained.
Negatives:
It was very load and noise outside. Lots of coming and going in the parking lot with loud vehicles. You could hear people talking all night so very little rest was gotten. They want a 50.00 cash deposit even after you pay for your room, it was returned to you when you check out.

Nothing in fact you couldn't lock the door, drug deals going on in the parking lot, gay man in drag getting jacked off in parking lot, couldn't use the bathroom at all. Had to find a new hotel because of how unsafe it was in the first half hour.
