There was late check-in and there were no staff on site for about 15 minutes. After staff showed up it turned out that there were no available rooms, even though I had prepaid my stay on booking. I was sent to another facility where I've spent about 30 minutes waiting or problem to be solved. Eventually I had to return to initial place and was placed in different type of room. Overall check-in took about an hour with multiply traveling between locations. The price was low which reflects the quality of the facility, but the check-in experience is something that lowered the stay.

With it being an extended stay I could deal with the hallway smelling like five types of cooked meals and stale cigs but the five thousand doors you gotta open. The full size bed they call a queen is offensive. The bed was super uncomfortable. I have a queen bed at home and me and my partner have plenty of room
Between us and I could barely move on the one in the hotel. The roaches was the icing in the cake. Would never stay here again.
