Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Staff tried to make a terrible stay better,which was impossible, vut that wasn't their fault

We were given the keys to a room that was already occupied by someone, and we walked in on him while he was sleeping, so they gave us a room that was still being renovated, there was no curtains,there were no extra sheets and blanket or pillow for the pull out,and there were roaches,we were given a new room the following morning and it was dirty there was animal feces in the floor,it smelled so Bad, and roaches everywhere. The bathtubs drain didn't work,and pullout was filthy,we notified the BBB and health dept,do not stay there

The general manager is rude and unprofessional refused my payment because his employees told me I had till 10 when the office closed to pay on my room sheline lied and said she never had that conversation with me and that I needed to leave because he felt like he didn’t want to extend the reservation the police asked y he said cause it’s his decision as a general manager but had no valid reasons
Negatives:
Everything and I’ll be calling corporate everyday to get some kind of justification because what they did was wrong
