Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Nothing was right. The room that they tried to put us in, room 240 had a leaking sink in the bathroom that flooded the floor. The front desk moved us to move 119 and that room had roaches. They then moved us once again to room 115, that also had roaches. We stayed until it was time to check out but refused to eat anything or bring anything back like food items to the room for fear that something would come out of the woodwork and attack. Nice location but i wasn't feeling the fact that it was just a hot mess. I am going to request a discount or refund for my time and suffering. I tried talking with the front desk about the condition of the room and they told me that i had to talk with the third party company that booked my stay with The Extended Stay which was "Booking.com. We drove from Macon Georgia for a tailgate party for the Dallas Cowboys and didn't want anyone in our room because of the roach problem that we was having. Ive stayed at a Extened Stay before and have never had to deal with roaches or un clean hall ways. The property was a nice location and was close to everything. I don't know why we stayed but tried to make the most of it. I would love to visit Charlotte again in the future just don't think ill be staying at "The Extended stay on University

I didn't like the fact that it had roaches and the hallway could of been cleaner. I have an actual video of the roaches running everywhere but i couldn't download it to your website ☹️

The room my guys got was occupied so they had to find them a new one. The new one had no shower curtain, they did get them one. The parking lot seemed to be home to some shady people doing shady things all through the night. They did not feel safe here.

The dishes wasn’t in the rooms . When goi ask they don’t have enough to go around . Cigarette burns all over the bathtub and sink in the bathroom the closet shelves hanging off the walls with no doors on the front of them. Not a safe environment
