It was clean and staff was very nice.

I almost fell in the tub. It was too slick with no grips in the bottom. The weight of the door was almost too much for me to open. The curtains did not close. I did not like that there were only sheer curtains in the middle of the windows. There were not enough charging stations for two people. I also thought there would be more restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but there were none that appealed to me.

Delightful stay in Charlotte

The property was great! It was welcoming and clean! I loved the Spacious room as well! I was also very pleased with the check out process. The young lady at the desk was so polite, beautiful and easy to talk to. I’m so disappointed that I can’t remember her name because I really wanted to give her praise.
Negatives:
Checking in! The person checking us in did not do such a great job! He was not friendly or welcoming. He made me feel defensive, but I chose not to reply back! When checking in we were told he would need a card on file for incidentals, but neglected to explain what incidentals were nor did he explain how much the hold on my card would be! When I inquired, he replied back as if I should not have been asking! We arrived on 9/27 between 7-7:30pm. This person needs more training. When telling someone that there needs to be a card on file for incidentals, he should know to explain what incidentals are and how much would be held for those incidentals! Not make us feel like we should already know or we should not be asking. I did not like the tone of his reply and he could’ve been a lot more professional. Pointing us in the direction of the elevator would’ve been nice as well! But despite his shortcomings, the young lady checking us out and the breakfast staff made up for his lack!
