There was absolutely nothing to like about this Hotel. Our room was the room from hell.

The bathroom ceiling looked as if it was about to cave in from water damage, the deadbolt on the door did not latch, the inside of the freezer was rusty, the shower floor was rusty and moldy. The kitchen didn't look clean and last but not least, the lid on the toilet was about to break off. There was also pet hair everywhere and the dishwasher had dirty dishes left in it. The refrigerator had dents and dust all over it. The carpet in the room had wine and pet stains all over it. The hinges on the bathroom door were rust covered and moldy. Also the wax ring around the toilet base was broken and the toilet was shifted about 3/4 of an inch to the left. There was also no extra bedding or pillows in the room. The silverware in the kitchen was old and it had seen its better days. This was supposed to be a 4 star establishment. It was a one star at the best. This was also a Hilton hotel. I am sure Hilton would be ashamed and appalled if they saw this hotel. The breakfast was a joke and the food looked as if it was old and past its expiration date. We will never stay there again and I would not recommend that you stay there either. The night manager offered to give me half off the room. I asked for a full refund but the management said I would need to contact Hilton or Booking.com.

At 1st we were placed in a room that the carpet was wet and was super humid. Everything including our bags and clothes felt damp. The front desk clerk quickly worked to fix this the next day.
Negatives:
We showed up to eat breakfast at 8 and it was already very picked over. There was trash and food all over the counter and floor. The tables were not clean. The card reader to our room was broken so we couldnt leave out the room without the staff having to come unlock our door with a key.
