Toilet seat was damaged and required repair ( staff responded immediately when I informed them about the problem) and the kitchen drawer front fell off when I went to open it. Also the BR sink did not drain properly.

Friendly staff, nice hotel, good breakfast except Fake bacon. Lol. They are in the middle of what sounded like starting over with new people from top to bottom.
Negatives:
All of this is trivial, but still annoying. The kleenex box had the blue strip showing when we got to the room, which meant about 3 kleenex were left. Towel rack was broken in room. And toilet paper was 2 very low rolls & both ran out. No close food. Traffic in town was really busy.

The staff was great, the lobby was nice and clean, the room was big!

The hall ways were not very clean and just run down. The paint was chipping off the inside of the door and one of the lights in the room didn’t turn on.
