The only thing was the beds.
Negatives:
We didn't have enough towels for our stay and had to keep asking for them. Our rooms were never cleaned or replenished while our 4 night stay. The attitudes of your employees (besides the lady who checked us in) were horrible and I would not recommend this hotel nor will I be staying here again in the future.

The couch was uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper in room we had to go down and ask for more. There was tape all over the ceiling and walls of our room. The employee supervising breakfast was rude and condescending. Rhe desk employee stopped us while we were eating to ask why we were checking out early then said sorry you looked like the a different larger gentleman.

The staff was super nice, housekeeping fixed up the rooms while we went away was very sweet, the view from the room was amazing! The kids enjoy the pool and I loved how restaurants and shops were walking distance. We came up here for work purposes but I’m glad the stay was well worth it.

Our allergies started to act up in the room and no oven (my preference).

The property was very clean.

We selected the option pay at hotel. The hotel manager decided to go ahead and charge my card before we got there. The problem is her reasoning was it was a fully booked hotel and she didn’t want returned payments. She could’ve left that off. So glad our payment went through and the breakfast was horrible.

There were no shower towels in the room when we got there. The night manager was rude & sarcastic. I came in after work with my scrubs on and she asked if I’m a nail tech. I don’t appreciate that at all. It wasnt cool it wasnt funny but because im younger i have to do nails or lashes.
