The hotel was in a good area and it was very nice.

The hotel was really nice, the only thing is I mentioned to the staff that when I pulled the covers back it was some particles from what appeared to be a cigarette in the bed. I took a picture of it to show them.

TV remote was broken, phone didnt work. We asked for towels at the desk as only two were in room for our group of three, and they offered to bring another set up in a few minutes. Tried calling front desk, but room phone was also broken. Saw them in the hall 30 minutes later to remind them, and they said theyd be right back with them. Never came back. Had to go back down to front desk to get them.

I had a disappointing experience. I made a late-night reservation at 1:30 am while en route to Charlotte, but when I arrived at 3:30 am for check-in, I was informed that my booking had been canceled without prior notice. The front desk staff seemed preoccupied with watching YouTube videos, which made the situation more frustrating. It took a 30-minute conversation before I was allowed to check in. This lack of communication and professionalism left me disappointed."

Hyatt in other countries is a hotel that exceeds expectations. Here it is an ordinary hotel that is not worth its price. Terrible breakfast: eggs and cereals are all that the kitchen offers. The pool is very, VERY small. There is no point in paying for this hotel, cheaper options offer higher service.
I was furious when, without my permission, they charged an additional large amount from the credit card. The staff explained that they rented it in advance in case I order something.
Why not, according to this logic, grocery stores withdraw money from visitors at the entrance? I'm not happy. I won't come here again.
