the room was nice but was definitely in bad shape, the chair cushion has a hole in it showing white fuzz, the bathroom that we paid extra for that has a soaking bath tub, was stained with make-up and we’re unable to use it

my debit card was charged twice, once at check in and once at check out. I spoke with the manager on duty and all he could do it to contact my bank. I called my bank and they say the same thing I saw which was a charge. No one was able to help me at all at this hotel

was told when we checked in that maid service would not come in unless we requested. they came in and we were not expecting them. our items would not have been out so visibly.

location and front desk staff, super friendly and professional
Negatives:
no minibar, no coffee machine, bare minimal amount of towels, poor toiletries, no place to work in the hotel (except for a counter on the 3rd floor that’s terribly uncomfortable and designed with counter tops that make it impossible to use a computer mouse- same as in the room desk, by the way)…. and it’s not a cheap hotel so..
