In my second night a guy was punching doors all over the floor and nobody from the hotel went there to see what was happening.
There was no breakfast available.

When I finally got a decent room, it was quiet.
Negatives:
The staff were unfriendly and almost hostile. The first room I was shown to smelled and the air conditioner made a really loud, unbearable racket. The key card was very difficult to use. It took several tries to open the door.
