Positives: Honestly “Waffles” is not considered breakfast but thanks for the grab n go… I liked the staff that night at check in he was great…
Negatives: I don’t like the fact you have pets all in different floors. It stinks n it’s nasty to haft to walk down a hall with 2 dogs approaching especially when your allergic. I spent almost 300 to listen to barking dogs all night… The staff was ok but never upfront you literally had to wait around for someone or they were in the back office idk but they should be at the front desk… the shower is ridiculous to have water go everywhere on the floor but only provides (2) sets of towels at a time.

Negatives: The lady at the front desk Kimberly was so rude. Was not being helpful about our stay nothing at all. She also had someone that didn’t look like they work there in the back area the person didn’t have a laquinta badge or anything and was dress in basketball shorts and T-shirt. This was around midnight our check in we thought maybe she didn’t want to be alone and that’s why she had someone. I feel like that allowed her to be as helpful as she should’ve been because someone else was by her.

Negatives: Shuttle service starts at 6 and should be a few hours earlier for the airport. For that reason I will not stay again because an Uber reservation cost me $45

Positives: Staff were friendly and professional. Premises clean and neat. Basic breakfast . Check out time is the best I have come across. It allows me to do business and then come back and collect my luggage and freshen up for my out going travel.
Negatives: The room cover charge. It is unexpected and unprofessional. A large charge to my card that 'may' be returned 7 to 14 days later? There should be an upfront notification of this and I would not have gone there if I had known this. There are alot of hotels in Charlotte that dont have this charge.

Positives: location was convenient and the room was good sized with plenty of space for 2
Negatives: the room had a very strong smell almost like an airwick or plug in and im highly allergic to these...the chair in the room was broke so when my boyfriend sat down to put on shoes it collapsed on him pitching him forward into the floor which could have caused didn't work well...upon check in I was told there would be an incidental hold which I understand but one person said 150 and another said 250 so I had no idea how much was going to be charged to my card...Pizza vending was sold out and not serviced on a busy Saturday which would seem to be one of the days you would want to make sure you had this option
