Negatives: You have to pay for parking which was ridiculous especially since I'm a guest there I don't think I will be returning there

Negatives: No one responded to my inquiry

Negatives: another room could hear me talking on phone and I wasn't loud. The woman came and knocked on my door and was very rude. I didn't open door but she yelled at me to keep it down and it was 10am when people are up. I didn't report it to front desk to avoid conflict with her.

Negatives: Room fee did not include wifi access? Streaming did not work on the TV. Large outdoor screen played through the night which was blinding in my room, even with the shades drawn, due to poor material choice (high gloss millworks outlining sofa area near window.)

Negatives: No sense of urgency from staff. Room was not as clean.

Negatives: I did not like how tiny the room was for the amount of money spent. The lack of amenities was also disappointing. We ordered cheesecake and the menu indicates “berries and graham cracker crumble”; however, we were served cheesecake with berries and a sprinkle of toasted coconut. My sister is epi-pen level allergic to coconut products and could have experienced a life threatening moment due to a lack of proper descriptions for the menu items and the contents of each item served. The valet started out as a good idea but ended up being a nightmare at checkout. We waited 45 minutes for our car while our roommate was service swiftly within 10 minutes. She was in line at the same time as us, yet the staff overlooked my ticket number and then when confronted with inquiries they present the wrong key for our ticket and the second time we checked on the status of the car Gusmann tried to state, “when our staff bring out the cars if you are not paying attention to meet them in a timely fashion the car is taken back to the garage.” That would be an understandable explanation if I was not attentively watching the cars that were brought to the front. I know what my car looks like and with its unique markers i would not have overlooked it. I was annoyed and offended to have to have my intelligence questioned in such a manner, I would have respected a simple, “our apologies for the mishap, we will get your car right away.” I was thoroughly exacerbated from this poor experience from the lack of clarity with the food menus, the small rooms, lack of amenities, to the valet fiasco. I will not be recommending the Omni to my peers and I will not be staying here in the future.
