Positives: The room was clean and neat. The property was close to the Charlotte convention Center where I had to do some work.

Positives: The room was super clean. I mean spotless. Once I was able to check in I gave my i.d and had my key within 3 minutes. The room is very nice. There is no pet fee and they are actually very pet friendly

Negatives: I had gotten there early and knew I had to wait but then i had to wait an extra hour because they said the rooms werent ready. It was worth the wait though and they let me sit my stuff inside while I waited.
