This place is filthy. Floors were dirty, and the furniture was dirty. Thank goodness I always bring disinfectants with me no matter if I am staying upscale or not.
The nighttime male staff is ignorant as.... I walked up and down the stairs three times because my room key wouldn't work. He wouldn't acknowledge the inconvenience this caused me. No apologies, even as I suggested, that is the professional thing to do.
I forgot to mention a $50. Cash deposit for the key card is required. Fortunately, I was close with $46. Others weren't so lucky.

Nothing in all of the ice machines broke have to walk a mile around the building the room was very dark in side as if I they was trying to hide something poor Customer service every minute of everyday I thought we needed to check out Customer service
