Negatives:
The bathroom tub held water too long
so while I'm trying to shower the tub was filling with water and I had to turn the shower off and let it drain before I could finish my shower

Take that "2" swimming pools down, that pool hasn't been in use for years!!! The breakfast value is terrible. The staff is very impolite, but the lady working the bar was nice. I paid for valet for day one because parking was insane, however the gentleman took FOREVER to go and get my car and even pulled up with the incorrect vehicle. The English-speaking attendant was great, but the service overall was terrible. So, i just self-parked the remainder of my trip. Anytime i asked an employee anything they acted like I was a bother. After checkout, i receive additional charges on my card although I had incidentals on hold on my card so why not take it from that? Hotel rooms are nice, bathroom was nice but the amenities like the bar (understocked), breakfast (overpriced and minimal options for $19.95) and the parking is ridiculous and homeless people were constantly hanging in the parking lot making me nervous about safety and liability.
