Pool was too small, and shallow. And even though it is a smoke free hotel, the lobby smells highly of cigarette smoke

Great place for the price
Positives:
The parking lot was completely lit up at night. The second shift front desk clerk was awesome, our check in time was at 3pm, we got there early and sit in the lobby to wait for 3pm, but she politely asked us can I help you, we are waiting to check in and said oh no I will check you in right now. What a blessing because we had been on the road for 6 hours and needed to rest. I absolutely will stay at Sleep Inn Northlake on my next visit to Charlotte.
Negatives:
Only one problem, and I do understand. On Saturday I expected to have our dirty towels and wash cloths removed with clean ones. I talked to the same second shift front desk clerk and she explained to me that today (Saturday) they only had one housekeeper and she had 36 rooms to clean, totally understand but she was able to give us clean towels and wash cloths. Everything was good and satisfying.
