Negatives: ITS SO MUCH TO SAY I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH SPACE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS JUST SO RUDE AND NASTY WHEN I WAS JUST ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ROOM BECAUSE I AM TRAVELING FOR BUSINESS, THE ROOM I HAD TO CLEAN THE ROOM MYSELF IT STINKS AND I EVEN HAD TO GO BUY MY OWN SHEET'S AND IT JUST FELT NASTY, THEN ONE OF THE NIGHT'S I ACTUALLY SLEPT IN MY CAR BECAUSE I AM SO TIRED AND WORKING I JUST HAD TO SLEEP SO ONE OF THOSE NIGHTS I PAID TO JUST SLEEP IN MY CAR, I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE OR TO ANOTHER SLEEP INN AT ALL I WAS SO SO DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED I FELT NASTY!! I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE SURE TO TELL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO NEVER RESERVE ANY ROOMS HERE, THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!

Negatives: EVERYTHING, JUST EVERYTHING IM SO UPSET I HAVE TOO MUCH TO FIT IN THIS BOX, I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN HERE OR TO ANOTHER SLEEP INN AT ALL, THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AND I AM TRAVELING FOR WORK AND I AM SO UPSET!!!!!!!

Positives: I had to sleep in my car with my two small children and my wife after driving from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The lady at the front desk told me I could not use my credit card for the room deposit when It says directly on the website that you can. This hotel is indeed a scam watch out if you go there late at night they did refund me but that didn't help me when I had to sleep in the car with a 1 month old and a 5 year old I truly hope this lady sees this to know how much harm she did to my family
