Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Staff was pleasant most of the time. The breakfast was really good.
Negatives:
The rooms weren't very clean. We had to switch rooms three times. One room had the bathroom door was broken off the rail. The next room smelt of mildew, and we settled for the final room which had the smoke detector ripped off the wall and mold on the shower curtain. The light on the microwave was also out and the lamp in the corner didn't work.

The room had everything you needed and had the feel of living in an apartment.
Negatives:
Location was great but the environment was a little sketchy. People hanging in the parking lot was concerning. Very poor property lighting. The rooms could use a very deep cleansing.

The property had roaches. My wife was awoken with one crawling on her face then 2 more were found in the kitchen she went and notified staff and they offered another room but we were too disappointed and disgusted. Manager only gave us $25 off the room .

The reception staff are amazing, attentive and helpful.
Negatives:
honestly, the hotel is in very poor condition. From the entrance door to the room, you have much to be desired. You can see they don't do preventative maintenance, only the bare minimum: old bathrooms, slightly worn carpets, and a smell of marijuana on the floor where our room was.
