Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Not the kind of property where you can expect staff to say "good morning"... I found I was saying "hello" and "good morning" to them more often than them to me. There is also no laundry service; look beyond this though and you can't beat the price and location.

it was mostly clean in the rooms but there were some areas of the facility that were stained or in disrepair
Negatives:
Neither in the emails sent from the facility nor in the listing was there a mention of the $100 security deposit. While i was prepared financially the security deposit should’ve been made apparent long before i arrived to the facility.
