What I didn’t like was housekeeping was limited. My room was never serviced. When asked about trash or any necessities the housekeeper ignored us and walked away not wanting to be bothered.

Clean, Comfy bed, good location. When I informed front desk upon checkout that we loved everything except for the fact that our room had no coffe and informed him that when we came down to ask if there was any free coffee was told we had to buy it buy a rude woman. However, the gentleman upon checkout offered two cups of coffee then for inconvenience and said sorry for your inconvenience. He had an excellent demeanor.
Negatives:
Paying 5.00 to park in a parking lot. No breakfast included had to pay for everything, even coffee.

The property was very clean , and the staff was respectful to our needs. The location was awesome with surrounding stores and restaurants with everything.

The property lacked a continental breakfast but had a full kitchen. A bar would have been nice too as well with the hours from 8pm to 10pm. Maybe they could serve a , appetizers only like wings, cheese sticks, etc

Positives:
The staff were friendly and the rooms were setup nice and everyone including maintenance was friendly.
Negatives:
The sofa or love seat in the room had 3 stains on the seating part and the arms were very dingy and dirty looking. It definitely needs to be steamed cleaned or shampooed but overall the stay was quiet and comforting.
